PLEASE NOTE: FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100.00. For orders under $100.00, shipping charge is $10.00 for Teapots and Ceramic Tiles; $7.00 for all other merchandise. All orders will be shipped US Postal Service and will be processed and shipped promptly within 72 hours of order receipt. Please provide us with an email address so we can confirm your order when it is shipped. Allow up to 48 hours for order confirmation and shipping. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, or money orders. Please make money orders out to “One Happy Store" and send to One Happy Store, 4 Quinault Way, La Conner, WA 98257. Normally US Postal Service delivers in 2-5 business days, but please allow for up to one (1) week for delivery! Shipping and handling charges will be charged to your credit card. If you'd like to have your order shipped through another option (FedEx, UPS, etc.), please contact us by email or phone to arrange shipping method & additional shipping charges that may apply!

GUARANTEE POLICY: All One Happy Store merchandise ordered through our web site carries a 15 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving item(s) and we will replace the item(s) or refund your purchase price (excluding shipping & handling costs). Items returned for refund should be shipped in original condition and packaging. If items are damaged in shipping please save all packing materials in order to establish claims.
